 Terms and Services Agreement

1. Introduction Welcome to TTK Cyber Lounge. By accessing or using our services,

you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Services

Agreement. Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree to any part of these

terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided TTK Cyber Lounge provides access to gaming PCs, consoles,

tabletop gaming, card games, pen and paper RPGs, computer repair, and sales. We

also offer snacks and beverages.

3. User Conduct While using our services, you agree to:

 Respect other users and staff members.

 Use the equipment and facilities responsibly.

 Avoid any form of harassment or disruptive behavior.

 Refrain from any illegal activities, including but not limited to hacking, piracy,

and cheating in games.

4. Membership and Fees

 Memberships and fees for services will be outlined and made available at the

reception desk and on our website.

 All fees must be paid in full before accessing the services.

 Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

5. Computer and Equipment Usage

 Users are responsible for any damage caused to the equipment due to

negligence or misuse.

 Any issues with the equipment should be reported to the staff immediately.

 Users must not install or download any unauthorized software or content on

our devices.

6. Food and Beverages

 Food and beverages are available for purchase within the lounge.

 Users are responsible for keeping the area clean and disposing of trash

properly.

 Outside food and beverages are not allowed unless explicitly permitted by the

management.

7. Art Consignment

 Artwork consignment details are governed by a separate consignment

agreement.

 Consigned artworks will be displayed and sold within the lounge according to

the terms of the agreement.

8. Liability and Responsibility

 TTK Cyber Lounge is not responsible for any personal belongings lost, stolen,

or damaged on the premises.

 Users agree to use the facilities at their own risk.

 TTK Cyber Lounge reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who

violates these terms.

9. Privacy Policy

 We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal

information.

safeguard your information.

10. Changes to Terms and Services

 TTK Cyber Lounge reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any

 TTK Cyber Lounge reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to

services for any user who violates these terms.

 Users may terminate their membership at any time by notifying the

management. Refunds will not be issued for any unused portion of the

membership.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of

the state of South Carolina.
