Welcome to the LAN Lounge! We are excited to have you as a customer and provide you with a safe and enjoyable gaming experience. By entering the LAN Lounge at Fortress and using our facilities, you agree to comply with the following terms of service:

1. Minors:

1.1. Minors under the age of 18 are welcome in our LAN Lounge but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

1.2. Fortress reserves the right to deny access to minors who fail to comply with the above requirements or exhibit inappropriate behaviour.

2. Appropriate Content:

2.1. Users are required to use appropriate and respectful language and behaviour while in the LAN Lounge.

2.2. Users must not engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, or bullying towards other users or staff members.

2.3. Users must not access or distribute any illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content while using our facilities.

2.4. Fortress reserves the right to take immediate action, including termination of user privileges, if any user is found to be violating these content guidelines.

3. Health and Safety:

3.1. Users must adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided by Fortress staff. 3.2. Users must not engage in any behaviour that may cause harm to themselves, other users, or damage to LAN Lounge property.

3.3. Users must report any accidents, injuries, or safety concerns to LAN Lounge staff immediately.

3.4. Fortress is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings. Users are encouraged to keep their belongings secure at all times.

4. Venue Policies:

4.1. Users must comply with all Fortress policies, including but not limited to, rules regarding food and drink consumption, smoking, anti-social behaviour and use of personal equipment.

4.2. Users must not tamper with or damage any equipment or property belonging to Fortress.

4.3. Users must not engage in any form of unauthorised commercial activity, including the sale or distribution of goods or services without prior consent from Fortress management.

5. Staff Instructions:

5.1. Users must follow all instructions provided by Fortress staff.

5.2. Users must treat all staff members with respect and cooperate with any requests or directions given by them.

5.3. Fortress reserves the right to refuse service or remove any user from the premises who fails to comply with staff instructions or exhibits disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.

6. User Accounts:

6.1. Users are required to create an individual user account with an appropriate username, password, full name, date of birth and contact details.

6.2. Users must not share their account information with others or allow others to use their account.

6.3. Sessions purchased by users are "use it or lose it," and time cannot be banked for future sessions.

6.4. Purchases are subject to Fortress’s standard Refund and Cancellation policies 6.5. Fortress reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts if any violation of these account guidelines is found.

Failure to comply with any of the above terms may result in the immediate termination of user privileges and may be subject to further action if necessary.

By using Fortress facilities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms of service.
